Born in 1983, in Maaseik on the river banks of the Maas or “La Meuse”, with my bum in the butter as we say in my mother language, Dutch, because I’m quite privileged. But despite that I did had to do some effort to find my way in life, but luckily I discovered at some points the following passions:
Circus, which is a very embodied art form not needing a lot of words is in a world full of words a big relief. My 2 biggest passions in this field of arts are juggling and clowning. Discover what my vision and philosophy is on these and maybe we can collaborate through one of my workshops or performances.
Life is a journey on it’s own already. Travel is a way to explore, to discover to learn about it. Through photography I can share some of my perceptions of it. Photography as a interpretation of the real world, remarkable observations, … in a way a bit like clowning I discovered later.
But the world is not always a nice place to observe, especially with a socio economic system that doesn’t put humans, other beings or nature first. So I have a desire for a better society. I have strong opnions about out, and some ideas and experiences that I find worth spreading, I share them also through my blog.
